The Lallier Group, consisting of six car dealerships offering Honda and Kia models, is looking for a web sales agent. The weekly work schedule is 40 hours, spread between day, evening, and weekend shifts.
As a web sales agent, you will make a difference in the customer's purchasing process by creating the first contact with them via phone, SMS, or email to guide them to the vehicle and dealership that suit them. Specifically, you will respond to online customer inquiries, inform them about our services, open their files, schedule them an appointment with a representative at the dealership, and conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure their complete satisfaction. You will also solicit customers to create sales opportunities.

You are bilingual, which will enable you to respond to our French-speaking and English-speaking clients.
If you have experience in the automotive sector and/or are familiar with customer management software like Activix, you have a considerable advantage!

Your efforts will be generously rewarded with compensation comprising a base salary of $16 per hour and a commission on each vehicle sold for which you have facilitated the transaction. In total, you could therefore reach an annual remuneration between $45,000 and $55,000.
